I’m Justine Aquila, a 27-year-old from Morobe Province. In 2017, I finished my final year at Bumayong Lutheran Secondary School. I had a good GPA, but I was turned down by every school in the nation. IBS College of TVET is where I ultimately enrolled after six years of doubt. IBS is a top-tier institution that provides vital skills to Papua New Guineans who are unable to pursue formal education, in my opinion.
