I was excited to study and develop during my stay at the Institute of Business College of TVET. I became completely engrossed in business and HR management, relishing each challenge. I was able to arrange meetings, collect comments, and create a bridge between students and faculty when I was voted coordinator of the student representation. In addition, I facilitated connections between current students and alumni as secretary of the IBS College Alumna Association. I learned a lot about time management and collaboration from juggling these jobs and my academics. My path was about more than just academics; it was about personal development and deep relationships.

I’m Justine Aquila, a 27-year-old from Morobe Province. In 2017, I finished my final year at Bumayong Lutheran Secondary School. I had a good GPA, but I was turned down by every school in the nation. IBS College of TVET is where I ultimately enrolled after six years of doubt. IBS is a top-tier institution that provides vital skills to Papua New Guineans who are unable to pursue formal education, in my opinion. The personnel is courteous and they are dedicated abroad professionals working in sophisticated facilities. In summary, IBS College is excellent at producing our country’s human resources

My life was changed when I enrolled at IBS College. The hands-on approach to learning and the encouraging faculty provided me with the professional resources I needed. My career development has been greatly aided by the meaningful applications of the abilities I acquired after graduating. My accomplishments can be attributed in large part to the expertise and understanding IBS College has provided. I’ve included a recent picture of myself at work to demonstrate how the knowledge I gained at IBS has been applied to real-world success.
