ASSISTANT LECTURER

Introduction
I am Mr. Gutuma Gima, currently working as an Assistant Lecturer under School of Business & Management Department at IBS College of TVET. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Development Studies at IBS University in 2021. Currently, I am in my 2 years and 3 months of teaching career at IBS. I also completed Pedagogical Training for TVET Instructors training and development program in line to proficiency in teaching and assessment. I am passionate about teaching, and I love inspiring the young talents and setting positive impacts in their lives to become better citizens in the society.
